| When my husband proposed, I got the good ol' fashioned on bended knee proposal in a park. I remember feeling so thrilled to finally be getting the ring we had picked out many months before. Although it wasn't about the ring (of course), I was bursting in excitment at the beauty of the ring because I had truly forgot what it looked like from when we picked it out. The sun was shining and the brillance was amazing. I decided to say yes, but for many more reasons than the ring! 10 years later, this ring still shines like it did the first day I got it!MJB Jewelers gives nothing less than exceptional customer service! Monte always inspects my wedding ring when I come in and makes sure it's all in tact & cleaned up. The staff always has a smile & I enjoy coming in...especially when the bowl of chocolate or cookies awaits me at the door. Thanks for being a high-class business with personal service!

| MJB Jewelers definitely know what the words superior customer service means for the customer and for their business. My mother lost her diamond rings and wanted replacements that would be similar in style and size of diamonds. Monte spent hours with her, helping to design exactly what she wanted. Monte is a gentle, gracious and giving man who definitely knows how to give great customer service. I can't imagine going to a big box store when the quality of the jewelry and customer service could not be matched like that of MJB Jewelers. Thank you Monte and staff for making my mother so happy. I had decided to propose to my boyfriend after dating for four years. I was sooo nervous and I had no idea what to do.
My boss recommended that I go to MJB Jewelers and let Monte and the staff take care of me... and that was the best advice ever! I walked in and Jenny came right over, listened to my whole story, asked me all the right questions, got me exactly what I was looking for. I had no idea what size ring he wore so she recommended aiming a bit bigger and we could size it down later. I carried the cutest little white box around with me for just about a week until I got the nerve to ask. Lucky for me he said yes and MJB was able to make the adjustments to the ring so it would fit him.
Thank you Monte, Jenny and gang for making our engagement just that much more special...
